Value Pricing vs. Hourly Billing Fees

You need to know where best to put your beans to work and unexpected or unplanned expenses just aren’t conducive to effectively managing your financial resources. Because blowing your budget on expense over-runs are also one of my pet peeves, I’ve implemented a value-based service fee system as a preferable way to price my services.

The way it works is this:

You decide what you need every month and I’ll customize a monthly package of services that meet your needs and back it up with a fixed price agreement and a monthly price that won’t change. So you don’t have to worry about what your accounting services or management consulting or payroll expenses might be for a given month because there will be no hourly billing fees! And you’ll know exactly what services you are going to receive from me for that monthly price!

Of course, I will still be available on a traditional hourly basis too if that suits your needs better. It’s all about you and what meets your requirements.

Communication support with my clients is important to me and I don’t think you should pay me to talk to you about issues you have or questions you need to ask about the work I’m doing for you. So telephone calls and emails will not be billed to you – ever!
